SUP: Almonte
Quick paddle on the river - water level looks like it's up slightly. Loon, great blue herons, king fishers, etc spotted along the way. Went downstream to the falls - saw some kids swimming there- probably not the safest place. While turning I lost my balance and jumped in. Jeez, phone and gopro (w/o waterproof case) in my shorts go soaked. Hopefully they pull through!
